Fyxer Alternatives: 6 AI Email Assistants Compared (2026)

Samih Sghier, FounderPublished October 5, 2026

The best Fyxer alternative is InboxPilot (we make it). It drafts every reply in Gmail or Outlook from your company's own documents, sheets and Shopify orders, so answers about prices, orders and policies come from your records.

For a cheaper copy of Fyxer in one person's inbox, Jace is the closest match, and Superhuman Mail suits people who want a faster email app.

If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, try Copilot in Outlook or Gemini in Gmail first. Prices are from each vendor's pricing page, checked October 5, 2026. We did not run paid trials.

Our pick: InboxPilot

InboxPilot is an AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook that connects to the inbox your business already uses and sorts each new email by request type. It drafts the reply from your own documents, website, Google Sheets and Shopify orders, so an answer about an order or a price comes from your records.

Each draft waits for a person to approve it.

That is where it beats Fyxer. Fyxer is built around one person's working day, while InboxPilot is built around the business inbox and the information behind it, for one person or a whole team.

Starter is $39 a month after a 7-day free trial with no card, and Growth is $99 a month with auto-replies and up to 5 team members.

It doesn't record meetings, so keep a notetaker if Fyxer's meeting notes are the part you use. The drafting itself is explained on the AI email replies page.

What Fyxer does, and what it costs in October 2026

Fyxer is an AI email assistant built around one person's working day. It labels new email, drafts replies in your tone, records meetings and keeps a follow-up list, in Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams and its own hub.

Fyxer has a Free plan with 400 credits a month, but it doesn't draft replies. Fyxer Pro is $49 a person a month, or $37 billed annually, and Team is $99, or $64 billed annually. Both start with a 14-day free trial.

Usage runs on credits. Pro includes 3,000 a month per paid member after an unlimited first three months, and sorting costs one credit per five emails. Working across several inboxes at once needs the Team plan.

If your team needs a shared inbox with assignment rather than an assistant each, compare Front alternatives instead.

If it's your own inbox

Jace: the closest match to Fyxer, for less

Jace labels and sorts your email and has drafts ready when you open the inbox, which is the core of Fyxer Pro. It runs on Gmail and on Outlook, including Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, according to Jace's documentation.

The Plus plan is $25 a month, or $20 billed yearly, with 10,000 credits and up to 2 inboxes. Pro is $50, or $40 billed yearly, for up to 8 inboxes, and both come with a 7-day free trial.

Usage is metered in credits, and Jace prices its higher credit tiers separately. Jace's documentation says it never trains AI models on your personal email content.

Superhuman Mail: a faster email app with AI built in

Superhuman Mail replaces the Gmail or Outlook screen with its own app, built for speed, with split inboxes and follow-up reminders. It works with Gmail and Outlook accounts.

Starter is $30 a member a month, or $25 billed annually. Auto drafts, Ask AI and custom auto labels need Business, at $40 a member a month or $33 billed annually.

If you want drafts without switching apps, Superhuman also sells Email Assistant. It labels mail and drafts replies in your voice inside Gmail or Outlook, and it has a 30-day free trial.

Shortwave: AI search and drafting for Gmail power users

Shortwave is an email app for Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, with AI search across your mail history, summaries and writing in your style. Outlook, Fastmail and Yahoo accounts only work if you connect them to a Gmail account first.

Pro is $18 a seat a month, and the team tiers run from $30 to $120 a seat, all with a 14-day free trial. Drafts that appear without you asking come from Tasklet, a separate sister product, rather than from Shortwave itself.

If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Copilot in Outlook: Microsoft 365 companies

Microsoft 365 Copilot is built into Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. In Outlook you select the Copilot icon, choose Draft, type a prompt and click Generate (Microsoft Support).

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Business add-on is $21 a user a month, billed yearly, or $18 for the first year on purchases made through December 31, 2026. It requires an eligible Microsoft 365 Business plan.

Copilot drafts when you ask, so nothing is waiting when you open a new email. Our Outlook AI assistant comparison covers the other Outlook options.

Gemini in Gmail: Google Workspace companies

Gemini in Gmail comes with Google Workspace business plans, starting with Business Starter at $7 a user a month. It finds, summarizes and writes email.

To draft, you open Compose, type a prompt in the prompt bar and click Create (Google Help). Like Copilot, it writes on request rather than before you open the email. On personal Google accounts, Google limits it to the US.

Fyxer vs Superhuman

Fyxer and Superhuman Mail both draft replies in your voice. Here is how they differ on each vendor's site, checked October 5, 2026:

  • Fyxer runs inside Gmail and Outlook, while Superhuman Mail is a separate email app. Superhuman's Email Assistant is its in-inbox version.
  • For drafted replies, Fyxer Pro costs $49 a person a month and Superhuman Business costs $40 a member a month, or $37 and $33 on annual billing.
  • Fyxer gives a 14-day trial of Pro and keeps a Free plan without drafted replies, while Superhuman offers a 30-day free trial of Email Assistant.
  • Fyxer records meetings and drafts follow-ups from the call. Superhuman Mail covers calendar scheduling and adds CRM integrations on Business, which suits a salesperson.
  • On security, Fyxer states SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification, HIPAA and GDPR compliance, and that your data never trains third-party models. Superhuman puts single sign-on and admin security controls in its Enterprise plan.
  • For a team, Fyxer Team at $99 a person a month adds shared follow-ups with owners and several inboxes, and Superhuman discounts Business for teams of five or more.

Both are built for one person's inbox. For a business inbox answered from company documents and orders, InboxPilot, an AI email agent built for that job, is the stronger choice than either.

Fyxer vs Copilot in Outlook

For Outlook buyers the difference is when the draft appears. Fyxer drafts replies automatically, so they are waiting when you open the inbox. Copilot drafts when you choose Draft with Copilot and type a prompt.

Copilot Business costs $21 a user a month on a yearly plan, against $49 for Fyxer Pro billed monthly. Copilot also works in Word, Excel and Teams. Fyxer adds meeting notes and a follow-up list.

For a shared business address, our pick above beats both: the draft is ready before anyone opens the email, written from your own documents.
