What counts as a conversation?

An email thread InboxPilot acted on during the month: it drafted a reply, routed the thread to one of your labels, linked it to a case, or ran a workflow on it. A thread counts once however many emails it holds, and mail screened out as junk never counts. Inbound email is unlimited on every plan.

What happens if I go past my allowance?

Accepted Answer

On Free, InboxPilot pauses until the allowance resets next month. Paid plans keep working at $0.05 per extra conversation, and on Starter, Growth and Business a month never costs more than the next plan up. Unused conversations do not carry over.

Question 3

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch any time from your billing settings. Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve, and the switch prorates your current period.

Do you support both Gmail and Outlook?

Accepted Answer

Every plan connects to Gmail and Outlook, including shared and group inboxes. Connection takes under a minute and uses OAuth, so we never store your password.

How do the paid plans differ?

Accepted Answer

Conversations, inboxes and team size. Starter covers 300 conversations a month on one inbox with a single workflow. Growth raises that to 1,500 and unlocks unlimited workflows, auto-replies and a team of five. Business adds two more inboxes, 6,000 conversations and setup done for you. Scale covers 20,000 across ten inboxes with an onboarding session. Emails are unlimited on all of them, and every paid plan can add inboxes at $15 a month each.

Is my email data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we're SOC 2 Type II compliant, and your email is never used to train shared models.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
