No. Every plan includes unlimited team members, so the whole team can work the same inbox and take requests from it. You pay for the plan, and extra inboxes are $15 a month each.

Inbound email is unlimited on every plan. Each plan has a fair-use allowance of conversations, email threads InboxPilot drafted, labeled, grouped or ran a workflow on in the month: 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth, 4,000 on Business and 8,000 on Scale. That is more than any customer inbox has handled in a month. Past it, InboxPilot keeps working at $0.15 per conversation, and a month never costs more than the next plan up.

Yes. Every plan starts with 7 days free. You add a card when you pick the plan, and it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Yes. Switch any time from your billing settings. Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve, and the switch prorates your current period.

Every plan connects to Gmail and Outlook, including team addresses such as support@. In Outlook that can be a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox: you sign in with an account that has Full Access to it, and it gets drafts rather than automatic sends. Connection takes under a minute and uses OAuth, so we never store your password.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we're SOC 2 Type II compliant, and your email is never used to train shared models.

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
