Can InboxPilot change anything in my Stripe account?

No. It can read customers, charges, payment intents, invoices and subscriptions, and nothing else. Refunds, credits and cancellations stay with you, and a draft never promises one Stripe doesn't show.

Which invoice does it attach?

The one whose number the customer quotes. With no number, the latest invoice from the month they mention, otherwise their latest finalized one. The PDF only goes on a draft, never on a reply sent automatically, and only when the reply is addressed to that customer.

What if the sender isn't a Stripe customer?

InboxPilot looks up the sender's email address in Stripe. If there's no match, the reply is drafted from your other sources and billing isn't mentioned. Guest payments with no Stripe customer attached aren't found.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

InboxPilot deletes its Stripe access and drafts stop using Stripe data. You can reconnect from Integrations at any time.

Connect Stripe to Gmail and Outlook

When a customer asks about a charge or an invoice, the reply is drafted from their Stripe record, with the invoice PDF attached. You review and send.
