Why InboxPilot exists
Most business inboxes run on repetition. Quote requests, order status questions, document chasing, booking changes: the same emails arrive every day, and someone types roughly the same answers every day. That work is real, it is constant, and it is almost never anyone's favorite part of the job.
InboxPilot exists to take that repetition off people's plates without asking them to change where they work. It reads incoming email in the Gmail or Outlook inbox a team already uses, sorts what needs a human, and drafts the routine replies from the team's own documents. People keep the judgment calls. The software does the retyping.
The principles behind the product
You approve every send
Drafts wait in your inbox for a one-click send. Auto-send exists, but it is opt-in, per workflow, and only after a workflow has earned trust.
Answers come from your documents
Replies are grounded in your own price lists, policies, help docs, and past emails, not in a model's general knowledge. If the answer is not in your material, the draft says so.
Your email never trains shared models
Customer email is used to serve you, not to train models shared with anyone else. Security details, including SOC 2 Type II and GDPR posture, are documented on the security page.
It lives where your team already works
InboxPilot runs inside Gmail and Outlook. No new helpdesk to migrate to, no ticketing UI to learn, nothing for your team to adopt.
